Clean Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place rolled oats in a blender or food processor to create Oat Flour — (I used my mini prep)
  • Slowly add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse.
  • Let batter sit for 20 minutes before making pancakes, it will thicken up.
  • Cook on low heat. Low and Slow until golden brown.
