The most common mis-conception about San Diego is that it is always 80 degrees and sunny. BUT really we are just like any old town, we have good days and bad days although our bad days might be the east coasts’ good days, the gloomy, windy weather is never fun. Saturday morning started off with a cup of coffee and a Friday Night Lights morning marathon (my sister got my mom and I hooked over the weekend). By the time mid-day rolled around the temperature reached up to 78 degrees which makes for a perfect beach day. Saturday night ended with cocktails and ahi poke accompanied by a stellar sunset at my moms favorite place down here in SD.
