Two weekends ago, I made a quick trip to LA to take a break from the gloomy May Gray in San Diego. It felt like an arts and crafts kind of day so we decided to make flower head-bands. They were so simple & fun to assemble & they cost no more than $10.00 to make. Although the process was time consuming it beats having to pay $60.00 for one flower-crown in a boutique. Since making this colorful accessory I have worn it on the beach and around town. After all ….it’s San Diego……You can get away with wearing just about anything and still blend in. My hands got extremely sticky while meticulously wrapping the silver wire with green floral tape so I don’t have many other photos to share with you of the Flower-Crown process.
