I have been searching for the perfect graduation present to send a friend. Ultimately I decided that alcohol would be a fitting gift, but not just any old bottle of alcohol a homemade infused bottle of vodka. College is supposedly the time where you are allowed to drink cheap beer and sip out of red solo cups which is why I decided that he needed an authentic bottle of alcohol to celebrate all his hard work the past four years. I walked around the fruit and vegetable section of the store for about thirty minutes pondering what I should infuse the alcohol with. I finally decided on a pineapple, when I looked up recipes for pineapple infused vodka I found one that included crushed red pepper. It was different and something that I have never heard of before but the reviews were great so I decided to go for it.
