I spent this past weekend in the Bay Area, with family and friends. I flew home for work, but I was able to enjoy quality time with my boyfriend, friends and family. The weather during the day was absolutely beautiful. In my opinion, the only appropriate clothing garment should have been a bathing suit. After swimming and lounging by the pool all day, I decided to freshen up for dinner so I threw on one of my favorite sweaters for a late evening outside patio dinner at a new quaint Mediterranean bistro in town. Enjoying the beautiful night sky and night air, we casually nibbled on Tabbuleh which is a cracked wheat flat bread dipped in a mixture of Italian parsley, cucumber, tomato and green onion with a lemon and extra virgin olive oil dressing. I have always been a huge fan of chunky knit sweaters and I’m happy that I can still incorporate them into my summer wardrobe. I just bought a beautiful white sweater on sale and I can’t wait to pair it with some fun jean shorts for a fun comfy outfit for evening bon fires on the beach.
