{ Lemon mint ice cubes + Pink polka dot straw }
This week went by faster than ever. It is so nice to be home and be surrounded by all of my family all day, every day (and I’m not kidding). I absolutely love having a big family. Every morning I wake up to a house full of energy with my siblings, friends and cousins. As much as I love my quiet time in the morning, it’s nice to be able to sip my coffee and listen to one of my sister’s describe in detail, a crazy story about the night before. Or….. I cherish the minutes that I spend with my little brother, chatting about his football practices. This entire week the weather in Danville reached 100 degrees so I set up camp either in the air-conditioned house or outside in the pool with an ice cold glass of water. Last night, I sat on the couch with a glass on wine (a birthday present) and watched the most interesting and mind-blowing documentary with Sean, my brother and my cousin. This weekend will be nice and peaceful. I plan to work on party details, relax by the pool, and search for fun items that I can buy since I’ve finally hit the big 2*1. Here are a few small things that made my week bright.
{Flowers from my boyfriend that brighten up my work area }
{ Sweet surprise my Grandma brought home for me }
{ Starting to look for fun little items to create a bar cart for the house next year }
