One of my favorite cakes in the world is Harvey Wallbanger, although I have never had it in drink form I am obsessed with it as a cake. As a kid, every now and again I would come home to a beautifully iced cake waiting for me on the counter and instantly know it was going to be a good night. Last weekend as my mom and I were watching the Olympics I developed a craving for Vodka and Galliano (in a cake of course). I decided to make the cake as a send off dessert for my mom and sister before they left for San Diego on Tuesday. As always it was a hit, there were barely any left overs. This cake is super easy and delicious it is the perfect dessert to bring to a summer BBQ or family gathering so I will let you in on my moms secret recipe.
