Last night was a perfect night for a Redbox and chocolate chip cookies (recipe here). I had been craving little mini chocolate chips cookies since last Wednesday before I left for Vegas. Yesterday afternoon I found my-self on the couch watching movies so instead of being a bump on a log I decided to surprise my brother with a little afternoon snack. His afternoon snack became my dessert, and I take it he enjoyed them because by the time I poured him some milk he had already eaten five (this is what happens when you live with a growing boy who plays football). As much as Strawberry Shortcake is my favorite dessert sometimes mini-chocolate chip cookies are the perfect late night snack.
