{ Kapture Gift Cards for the Holiday Season }
This week was one heck of a week! After a demanding week of finals I am exhausted. I wrote long papers, created paintings, photo projects and then an eight hour car ride home yesterday so I am wiped. When all of my finals were finished yesterday we hopped in the car to drive home for the holidays. I have never been so excited to see my family and I am thrilled to be home! I was crammed in the back of a car for eight hours so it was such a relief to finally be able to stretch out, watch a movie with my brother and be able to sleep in my own bed last night. I have been somewhat conscientious about eating healthy over the past few months. However, when I began preparing for finals and then actual finals week hit, my good eating habits all went out the door. Shamefully, I am admitting that there were multiple trips to YogurtLand and Sprinkles throughout the week. I am looking forward to baking in the kitchen, eating homemade meals, having my laundry done for me, Christmas shopping, Gift wrapping (because that’s my favorite part), watching Christmas movies with my siblings and cousins, wine and board games with friends by the fire, morning runs with my brother and sister’s and last but not least cuddling with my dogs on rainy afternoons. It feels so incredibly good to be home and it finally feels like Christmas time. I hope all of you have a great relaxing weekend. Here are the small things that kept a smile on my face during a chaotic week.
