I have been wanting to make homemade mac – n – cheese for a while now, but just haven’t had the time. This past weekend I decided to go for it, but instead of making the original mac I threw in a few surprises such as jalapeños and bacon (recipe here). The combination of the two ingredients together, are irresistible!!! However, in the future, I will add a bit more liquid to make it a little creamier. Jalapeños, cheese, and bacon are a dynamic, flavorful combination. The next time I attempt to make this dish I plan to somehow incorporate blue cheese.
