The weather the past few days has been extremely cold. Because the air has been so frigid, I have been selecting my daily wardrobe based on comfort and warmth. Most recently, one of my favorite go to outfits is a simple sweater with a collard shirt underneath. This is a somewhat preppy but casual and effortless look. Sometimes I like to mix it up, by incorporating accessories that can add a bit of an edge to the appearance of my outfits. Today I paired this simple outfit with a beanie and cozy boots to attain a somewhat edgy vibe.

So cute! Its been below 20 here for the past couple weeks so I need more cols weather comfort inspiration! I love the plaid layered with a solid sweater and that necklace gives it just a touch of glam! I also really like the beanie with it!
