Yesterday my boyfriend and I opted for an afternoon stroll (emphasis on stroll… lunges pushup’s and walggin not planned) on the trail behind my house. We decided to skip the gym, so the bf suggested in between “walggin” (walking/jogging) we stopped for a couple sets of lunges and push-ups on trial benches. Â Diets/getting to the gym have been a struggle the past couple of weeks with all the special events and then school starting again that getting some fresh air + staying active, was the perfect type of excersise to motivate me to get back into my healthy routine for the summer !!
