During the week we are always looking for a simple & low effort meal for dinner that can be ready in minutes. This salmon and broccolini recipe is part of the rotation! During the day, if we have time we prep the salmon with the spice blend and then place in the fridge. That way when 5pm rolls around dinner is ready to go. It’s perfect. Dinner cooks while we wrap up evening emails and is ready in 10-12 minutes.
1 tbs chopped fresh or dry oregano
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 pinch red pepper flakes
2 tsp garlic powder
400 degrees 9-12 minutes depending on the weight of the salmon. For about 1.25 lbs of salmon I cook it for 10 minutes and it comes out perfect.
