Dine
L’Industrie
Looking for pizza? This is THE place to go for the best NYC slice at the moment. The burrata slice is hands down the best if you want to take your regular slice to the next level. We have tried all the slices and there really isn’t one that I don’t enjoy. The fig and mushroom slice are great if you like either of those items.
The Esthers
Another neighborhood spot — cozy in the winter with soft dim light & filled with lots of sun, patio seating and greenery once the weather turns. The perfect spot to spend and afternoon lounging in the sun. The ambiance is great, but the pizza is even better. Always switching up their menu based on seasonal items available. The Esthers is known to be the local casual bar hangout, but the pizza doesn’t get enough love. Detroit style pizza with a thick, fluffy crust that’s crispy on the outside, yet chewy and soft in the middle. The sauce is also the perfect combination of salty & sweet.
Dessert Charleston
Carmella’s
Don’t sleep on Carmella’s. We were searching for a place to curb our late night sweet tooth cravings. We stopped in at a wine bar and the server recommended that we walk over to Carmella’s. Their late hours (closing at midnight) make it a perfect place to end the night. The nightlife on E Bay St. is an added bonus — great for people watching while enjoying your dessert & drinks al fresco. Overall the baked goods were delicious & they make best Espresso Martini I have ever had!
167 Raw Oyster Bar
AMAZING. Make sure to book a reservation here before you travel to CHS. I was able to get in at the bar for a quick bite, but it was completely booked with a two hour wait. I was waiting for friends and wanted to grab a quick snack. I had the halibut ceviche and it was incredible, I think about it to this day. If my tiny dish was five stars I can’t imagine how the rest of the menu is!
Chelsea NYC
Num Pang Sandwich Shop
Technically fast food, but worth it. Especially if you are on the go and need something quick, but delish.

Los Tacos No.1
Authentic Mexican Street Tacos. Originally located in the heart of Chelsea Market, but recently have expanded all over Manhattan (Grand Central, Times Square, NoHo, TriBeca).

P Order: Quesadilla with meat and a Grapefruit Jarritos.
West Village NYC
Faicco’s
Our favorite deli in the city. Not sure why it isn’t on the map with all of the popular food site, but it’s a secret gem that never disappoints. If it’s a nice day for a little picnic, grab your sandwich to go (only option) and walk over to the Hudson or Washington Square park to enjoy.
