The past few days have been crazy … my days have been consumed with one thing STUDYING (very uneventful). On my way home from class, I pondered the idea of making these cookies. There’s nothing like Chocolate and Peppermint during this time of season. Avoiding the books (as always), I decided to go ahead and make them. The recipe was so easy and fast. They came out of the oven when the rest of my family got home from school, they were gone in seconds.
