Okay, so I know that I probably picked the worst time of year to watch what I’m eating, but until yesterday morning I was doing pretty good. As you may be able to tell (here, here, here and here), there is nothing I love more than breakfast, carbs, and chocolate. Egg whites and grapefruit suffice throughout the week but this weekend I wanted something super yummy. I came across this recipe and decided that it was worth a try. Surprisingly these pancakes aren’t that bad for you. They are made with whole wheat flour, and greek yogurt! I decided to top mine with a few dark chocolate chips (because a) choc. never hurt anyone, and b) dark choc. is good for you see why here) and then of course, light syrup.
