I have been wanting to make homemade english muffins ever since I bought my biscuit cutter in December. Sunday night I finally decided to whip them out, throughout the process I learned a few things:
1) This is a four hour process
2) These are what “english muffins” look like when there baked and not cooked in a skillet!
I thought I would share with you my oopsie moment in the kitchen… because all the recipes I try don’t always come out as expected!
