Before heading to the Pasadena Flea Market this past Sunday, I enjoyed a nice breakfast in sunny LA. My roommate and I decided to make Ebelskivers (otherwise known as stuffed round pancakes, recipe here) with the new pan she got for Christmas. It was nice to be able to cook in a kitchen with great natural light for a change. Not having to deal with setting up lighting or having to cook outside was definitely a nice treat. We decided to stuff our Ebelskivers with boysenberry and raspberry jam. Sadly, I don’t have a finished product picture because everyone ate them the second they were ready and there were not left overs (they were that good, and that easy).
