One of my biggest faults as a child was not being able to admit when I was wrong. I am still on the stubborn side but am now able to see when I am at fault. I decided to make a mini-chocolate cake as a way to apologize to a friend. Although a chocolate cake doesn’t immediately fix things who doesn’t like chocolate cake. I found a little mini pan at Homegoods the other day and was able to make the perfect size mini-cake with vanilla frosting. One thing my roommates have learned about me is that I have a serious weakness for the dollar section at Target.
