One of my biggest faults as a child was not being able to admit when I was wrong. I am still on the stubborn side but am now able to see when I am at fault. I decided to make a mini-chocolate cake as a way to apologize to a friend. Although a chocolate cake doesn’t immediately fix things who doesn’t like chocolate cake. I found a little mini pan at Homegoods the other day and was able to make the perfect size mini-cake with vanilla frosting. One thing my roommates have learned about me is that I have a serious weakness for the dollar section at Target. I found these perfect holiday baking boxes at Target and bought enough to last me through the season. They are perfect for gifting cookies, cupcakes, or bark (see my October $1.00 purchase here).
