If you were to make me choose between chocolate and white chocolate I would choose white chocolate any day. I love the combination of sweet and salty, which is why I love chocolate covered pretzels. When I was in San Diego visiting a friend he handed me a bag of white covered pretzels. Now, when I think of white covered pretzels I think of yogurt covered which I am not a fan but, when he told me they were white chocolate I devoured the entire bag. Since I haven’t been able to find them at a store any where around here I decided to make them. They were easy and quick to make and the perfect snack to munch on during the Bachelorette Finale last night. I melted a bag of white chocolate chips in the microwave (tip: microwave for 2 minutes on a low power level so the chocolate doesn’t burn), then I dipped a few at a time in the warm chocolate and placed them on parchment paper to harden at room temp.
