This year we decided to try an apple orchard in New Jersey. We opted for a smaller farm with Pumpkins and Sunflowers. Johnson Locust Farm was about 1.5 hours away from New York city. The drive was quick and easy. We paid $10.00 to enter by car and were able to drive to the each of the stations which I really enjoyed. Instead of having to carry everything throughout the farm, you were able to place it in the car before moving on to the next station.

The variety of apples was slim, but I must say aside from Alstede, they have some of the best Fuji Apples we have picked. If you are looking for a small farm that has multiple attractions, be sure to check this one out!
