Healthy Steak Tacos

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs Olive Oil
  • Flank Steak
  • Jicama Wraps Trader Joes
  • Sliced Radishes
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Jicama Wraps Trader Joes

Steak Marinade

  • 1 tbs Paprika
  • 1 tbs Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Powder
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • Orange (juiced)
  • 1-2 tbs Olive OIl
  • 2 Limes (juiced)

Beans

  • 16 oz Canned Black Beans No Salt Added
  • 1/2 Red Onion Finely Diced
  • 2 Limes Juiced

Instructions

  • Marinate the steak the day before or morning of. When you are ready to cook it, drain and pat dry. Throw it on the grille or the stove top. Use a meat thermometer to ensure you cook to perfection.
  • While the steak cooks, assemble the beans. Only drain the pre cooked beans a little bit, saving a little juice. Add the beans to a sauce pan with olive oil, chopped onions and lime juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes until warm.
  • Assemble the tacos with your favorite toppings.
