Healthy Steak Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- Flank Steak
- Jicama Wraps Trader Joes
- Sliced Radishes
- Avocado
- Cilantro
- Jicama Wraps Trader Joes
Steak Marinade
- 1 tbs Paprika
- 1 tbs Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Chipotle Powder
- 1 tbs Garlic Powder
- Orange (juiced)
- 1-2 tbs Olive OIl
- 2 Limes (juiced)
Beans
- 16 oz Canned Black Beans No Salt Added
- 1/2 Red Onion Finely Diced
- 2 Limes Juiced
Instructions
- Marinate the steak the day before or morning of. When you are ready to cook it, drain and pat dry. Throw it on the grille or the stove top. Use a meat thermometer to ensure you cook to perfection.
- While the steak cooks, assemble the beans. Only drain the pre cooked beans a little bit, saving a little juice. Add the beans to a sauce pan with olive oil, chopped onions and lime juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes until warm.
- Assemble the tacos with your favorite toppings.
