A cold refreshing salad always tastes best when the weather is ridiculously warm. One of my favorite summer salads includes strawberries, bleu cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette (from Trader Joes). I don’t use a specific recipe for this tasty salad, I just throw in a hand full of washed lettuce, 4-5 sliced strawberries, a tablespoon of bleu cheese, croutons, dried cranberries, one cubed avocado and dress it with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It’s safe to say, that this is my go-to salad during the weeknights when I have a busy schedule. My summer salad is easy, fast and yummy.
