Potato Skins

A weekend full of football is never complete without great finger foods. The past two days have been spent in front of the TV watching every possible football game on the television. Saturday afternoon a few friends came over to watch a dear friend (who had the winning touchdown) play in the Stanford vs. USC game. Before they arrived I decided to whip up some delicious potato skins to serve and enjoy during commercial breaks. I have had a craving for these skins for quite some time now and decided that Saturday would be the perfect day to make them. I used this recipe, and they were an absolute hit and a must have at any football party in the near future.
