Raviolis are such a simple yet delicious type of pasta, which is why I opted to make my very own. Most everything is better hand made (only if you can make it properly). This weekend my grandma gave me a recipe that my great grandma used to make for my grandma when she was young. It came out of an extremely old maltese cookbook that she has had for years (recipe below). This recipe was so easy and fast. With help from my brother we were able to whip out 4 cookie sheets of raviolis in no time.
