What’s more sweet and refreshing than ice-cream? Nothing. This weekend while my sisters sat on the couch and watched SVU, Criminal Minds and Keeping up with the Kardashians I was in the kitchen (guilty of watching bits and pieces) making homemade coffee ice cream. After having my coffee ice cream and the  store bought kind I can now say that there is no comparison homemade is with out a doubt way more delicious. I followed the Ben & Jerry’s coffee recipe but added an extra tablespoon of coffee to give it a little kick!
