These pancakes are my absolute favorite, whenever I am craving an indulgent morning breakfast, but don’t want to fall off track, I make a stack of these “clean cakes” and they usually kick the craving. I usually top with fresh berries and little organic date syrup or regular syrup.
Clean Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 3 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Place rolled oats in a blender or food processor to create Oat Flour — (I used my mini prep)
- Slowly add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse.
- Let batter sit for 20 minutes before making pancakes, it will thicken up.
- Cook on low heat. Low and Slow until golden brown.
