Zoodles w/ Lemon Avocado Pesto



Bread, pastries and pasta used to be the most important food group to me. Since I have cut back on the amount of carbs I consume on a daily basis I sometimes get cravings I can’t kick. Naturally, like any human I crave a big bowl of pasta every now and then. The last time I gave into the craving and went to Vapianos for a hearty bowl of linguine with a side of french bread I had the worst stomach ache. I recently discovered zoodles (zucchini noodles) and fell in love. You can mix them with anything and they taste delicious. Mentally, they trick me into feeling like I’m eating a heart bowl of noodles. This recipe is fresh and simple for summer — you must try it!
